- One-on-One (Private)- Yates Performance Training is about helping you achieve your fitness goals. Each exercise program is customized for the specific needs of each client. Each client's fitness program is consistently assessed in order to deliver the best results possible. If you have home fitness equipment we can use it and if not I'll bring all the equipment you'll need. You'll feel energized with highly effective 30-minute workouts that apply the principles of human physiology proven to get results fast.
- Two-on-One (Semi-Private)- Find a buddy and reap the benefits of training together. Semi-private training is both a fun and cost effective way to achieve your fitness goals. Each workout is customized to address both client's individual needs.
- Group Training- Group fitness training is an excellent way to stay focused and committed to your fitness program. For those who prefer to work out in a group setting I offer in-home group fitness training. A small group of 4 is perfect for this. My goal is to coach, inspire and motivate each of you to achieve your fitness goals as a group.
